The jacket has a couple of small edge tears with associated creasing, and modest edge wear with some minor wear-through at front flap fold; some pencil checkmarks on the verso where the publisher lists available books. The slipcase with a wonderful deco design is generic for Abbott's books: "Happy Books for Happy Girls". The back of the slipcase with silhouettes of 1920 era women, has an executed gift panel.
