Eberle, Irmengarde; illustrated by Lee Townsend.
Lone Star Fight.
Publisher: New York: Dodd Mead, 1954. First Edition Hardback 12mo, about 7.5 inches tall, in blue cloth. 292 pages. A young adult novel of the events surrounding the Alamo and Texas independence. A clean, sound copy with a bit of extremity wear. This may have been a library binding because the author's name on the spine is a paper label, and there is a school district ownership stamp on the endpaper under the front jacket flap. However, it appears that the book was never circulated. There is a small chip adjacent to each end of the spine, a couple of tears of about an inch or so, and general light edge and extremity wear. Light soiling to the rear panel. Hardcover Hardcover Very Good in Very Good DJ
